A friend of mine whom I’ve known since high school – a kid who documented the entire Miami graffiti scene of the era (including mine) – came to me after finally opening his own gallery. After high school he spent the next 10 years traveling the planet. Usually by himself and armed with only his camera and his backpack. After hitting all the usual places one would travel too, he got bored and started exploring to the more off-the-beaten-path places. So as you can imagine after all of those years, he’d accumulated quite a few pictures. So it was only logical that he showcase them. He also has an apartment that he rents out in Amsterdam. One of these days, I’m gonna take up his offer.
