Victoria Fedden: “Sun Shower”
This book was followup to her memoir “Amateur Night at the Bubblegum Kittikat”. Again, she gave me total control over the design. Based on the title and knowing her, I had a good idea of what I was looking for. I found a great image of a field of sunflowers – this is actually a natural occurrence in sunflowers that occasionally one may be orange. I couldn’t find the perfect image, so I created one myself coloring one of them and making it different from all of the other sunflowers. I then kept the rest of the color pallet in golden yellow and a warm orange.
