Moxxii is a lifestyle brand marketing company started by my very good friend, Heather. She has an extensive background and as talented as she is, shes even cooler to hang out with. You could take her to an insurance seminar and she’d find something interesting about everyone there. So because I hold her in such high regard (both professional and personal), I can’t lie and say there wasn’t a certain amount of pressure on my part. She could have used any of her other contacts for a logo and she chose me! So we talked and she explained she wanted something with an art deco flair. Initially I thought about something more ornate with serifs, but she didn’t want something that seemed too “feminine”. In the end, we got a modern clean logo with a slight art deco edge. And she used my current favorite color – teal.
