The Lovers Key: “Here Today Gone Tomorrow”
Debut album for The Lovers Key – a retro-tinged 60s soul/garage rock project from Christopher Moll (The Postmarks, SeeVenus, Twenty-Three) and Maco Monthervil. Chris came to me after the demo was created and we discussed our love for classic blue note and 60’s psychedelia record covers. I knew his taste because it’s the same as mine and these were themes we were well versed in and talked about for years. Was definitely a pleasure project for me creatively from logo to packaging. The album is fantastic also and even garnered “Best Local Album” from south Florida’s Sun-Sentinel Newspaper.
